What is the cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel within 24 hours of your lesson or do not show up, you will be charged the full amount for the lesson or rental. Exceptions may be made in cases of illness or emergency.
For Weekly packages the cancellation required a week before arrival.
